Counselling and CBT

I am a qualified and accredited counsellor and work at the Complementary Medicine centre WELLFORCE, near Sheffield University.

I have a diploma in Integrative Counselling which means I use different models of counselling and psychotherapy to offer you  a therapeutic model unique to you and your needs. Included in this is the opportunity to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
